Return & Refund Policy

Every piece from Artful Dots is made with care and intention. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Our commitment to you

At Artful Dots, every mandala is hand-painted especially for you — each dot placed with patience, love, and care. Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, handmade artworks, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully, review all photos, and feel free to reach out with any questions before completing your purchase. We are always happy to help you make the right choice.


All sales are final

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Please note: Slight variations in colour, texture, and dot placement are inherent to handmade art and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique — these beautiful imperfections are what make your artwork truly one of a kind.


Damaged or incorrect items

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you safely. However, if your artwork arrives damaged due to transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our very best to make it right.

Custom & personalised orders

Custom commissions are made entirely to your specifications and are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun. We will share a preview or update at key stages — please review carefully before we proceed to the next step.

Any changes requested after production has started may incur additional charges and delays, depending on the extent of the revision.


Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will have entered production and cancellations will not be possible.

To request a cancellation, message us on WhatsApp or email us at contact@artfuldots.in with your order details as soon as possible.


Colour & screen disclaimer

We photograph every piece in natural light to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen's brightness, calibration, and settings.

If you are unsure about a colour before ordering, we warmly invite you to request additional photos or a short video via WhatsApp — we are happy to share these before you commit.
