Where we ship
Artful Dots ships handmade mandala artwork across India from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Processing time
Ready pieces are usually packed within 2-4 business days. Custom pieces are usually completed and dispatched within 7-10 business days after design confirmation.
Delivery time
Most domestic deliveries take 3-8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier availability.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shared before order confirmation. For custom orders, the final cost depends on artwork size, packaging needs, and delivery location.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details by email or WhatsApp where available.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging so we can help resolve it.
